国色天湘 The Xiang Pavilion

湘菜,亦称湖南菜,源自中国湖南省。湘菜拥有两千多年的记载历史,以辣味丰富适当、制作严谨、突出菜肴本味而著名,被视作中国菜的代表之一。国色天湘代表新加坡最正宗的湘菜,厨师们均有丰富的烹饪经验和持续创新的热忱。热门菜品包括剁椒鱼头、小炒黄牛肉、梅菜扣肉、农家小炒肉、皮蛋辣椒擂茄子等。


Hunan Cuisine, originates from Hunan Province, China. Hunan cuisine has a recorded history of more than 2,000 years. It is famous for its rich and appropriate spiciness, rigorous preparation, and outstanding dishes. It is regarded as one of the representatives of Chinese cuisine. Guo Se Tian Xiang serves the most authentic Hunan cuisine in Singapore. Chefs have extensive culinary experience. Popular dishes include Steamed Fish Head with Homemade Chilli, Stir-fried Beef with Parsley and Chilli, Braised Pork with Preserved Vegetables, Stir-fried Pork in Hunan Style, Smashed Eggplant with Chilli and Century Egg, etc.
